FDNY FIREFIGHTERS VISIT ANTHONY 9-11 MEMORIAL

In October of 2005, 4 FDNY firefighters came to see the memorial and to do a little bow hunting.  They were the guests of Don Jensen, who supplied his lake cabin for their home away from home.  Myron & Jerri Weichman, from rural Oklahoma and also bow hunters, tried to guide the guys toward the best deer-hunting spots, but the weather turned off too warm and the FDNY came back empty handed.  They plan on returning in November of 2006 to try again.
